RESOURCES

Virtual Reality
Virtual Reality (VR) is revolutionizing educational experiences in universities, offering immersive learning environments that enhance student engagement. Through VR, complex subjects become accessible as students explore and interact with three-dimensional models and simulations. It’s a tool that not only supports a wide range of learning styles but also equips students with practical skills and soft skills, crucial for their future careers.

Votanic XR
Extended Reality (XR) encompasses a range of immersive experiences, merging the physical and virtual worlds to create interactive environments. It utilizes technologies like VR, AR, and MR to enhance human perception and interaction with digital content. XR’s applications span various sectors, offering transformative potential in entertainment, education, and industry.

Virtual Production
Virtual production with projected settings revolutionizes filmmaking by allowing the creation of realistic sets and backgrounds that can be interactively manipulated onscreen. This technique enables directors to craft and visualize scenes in ways previously unattainable, enhancing both creativity and efficiency.

Pepperscrim Hologram
PepperScrim is a highly transparent, metallic gauze designed for large-scale 3D hologram projections, creating an illusion of objects floating in mid-air. With an impressive width of 7 meters, it allows for seamless and expansive holographic experiences. It’s lightweight, easy to transport, and can be set up quickly for both front and rear projections.

Looking Glass Hologram
The Looking Glass Hologram Camera captures scenes from multiple perspectives, creating holograms with a depth of field. It stitches together at least 45 views into a format for 3D display on the Looking Glass device. Users can control scene framing through sensors for tailored holographic experiences.

Looking Glass Avatar AI
Students engage with Looking Glass Avatar AI by manipulating virtual environments with intuitive VR controls. They explore immersive 3D spaces, interacting with lifelike holographic characters. This cutting-edge technology transforms learning into a dynamic, hands-on experience.

Projection Mapping
Students use projection mapping to bring lessons to life, transforming classrooms into dynamic learning environments. This technology allows for the display of educational content on three-dimensional surfaces, making it an interactive and immersive experience. It enhances visual learning, encourages creativity, and engages students in a compelling way.

4D Volumetric Scanning
Student productions utilizing 4D Volumetric Scanning offer a cutting-edge approach to storytelling, through capturing dynamic performances in true 3D space. It is an innovative leap for creative expression, allowing intricate details and movements to be preserved and explored in virtual environments.

3D Printing
Students engage with 3D printing to bring their ideas to life, crafting tangible models from digital designs. This hands-on experience not only enhances their creativity but also sharpens their problem-solving skills. As they iterate on their prototypes, they gain a deeper understanding of the engineering and design process.
